Mackerel

Mackerel are caught between October and February during the winter months when the fat content and quality is optimum. We produce a variety of mackerel products including; Whole Round Frozen, Headed & Gutted, Head-On Gutted, Mackerel Butterfly Fillets and Side Fillets. All grades are produced according to customers demands and all products are frozen in 20KG cartons.
